Morning Meeting with #theBossofMe 10.26.2020

😇: Isaiah 41:10,13 Fear thou not; for I am with thee: be not dismayed; for I am thy God: I will strengthen thee; yea, I will help thee; I will uphold thee with the right hand of my righteousness… for I the Lord , thy God, will hold thy right hand, saying unto thee, “Fear not, I will help thee.”
🦄: Chapter 2020 of my life has been eventful to say the least. I began the year briefly living on a couch, experienced homelessness for three-quarters of the year, battled cancer, survived cancer and radiation, reconciled my relationship with God, was shown my purpose, given an assignment, and abandoned my will to God. I declare to all (especially those feeling they have some right to force their will, thoughts, or opinions about me onto me 💁🏽♀️): God is the only #BossOfMe. Even being secure in that knowledge, I still find myself feeling some fear regarding my immediate future.
🦄: I have a fortnight to secure lodging for the next year. Where does a tribeless, rootless, queen go to find her people? The possibilities are endless. The only answer I could come up with is to go wherever the #BossOfMe tells me to go. Whelp he has spoken, and it appears Hell better prepare for an ice storm.
🦄: When fear of the unknown—or even (especially) the known— tries to take possession of my peace, I find comfort in this scripture. I picture myself standing behind my 🤍 & 🌬 (each in her own time) as they learned to walk… holding the tips of their right hands with the tip of my right hand, and their lefts in my left. Offering my shins as support for their tiny rumps should they topple backwards. Looking over their heads for danger. That is how I picture God walking with me. As a loving Father, teaching me to walk while protecting me from all harm.
🦋: I need not fear because God is holding my right hand.
🎬: I must trust in God instead of allowing fear to take hold.
✨✨✨✨✨✨✨✨✨✨✨✨✨✨✨✨✨✨✨✨✨✨✨✨✨✨ Inspired By: Our Daily Bread/Prayers on La Playa (Xochitl Dixon) 😇: Psalm 148:13 Let them praise the name of the Lord, for his name alone is exalted.
📚: God invites me to trust that He hears my petitions and cares for me. He encourages me to lay my burdens at His feet. All I must do to accept this most kind offer, is live in contentment, gratefulness, and glorify the One who satisfies all my needs.
🦋: I don’t have to bear this cross alone. I have God to help me do the heavy lifting.
🎬: I must reverence God above all else.

😇: James 1:17 Whatever is good and perfect is a gift coming down to us from God our Father, who created all the lights in heaven. He never changes or casts a shifting shadow.
🦄: The seasons change with the wind. Regardless of the outside temperature, each season can be pleasant, sorrowful… or a mixture of both. The only guarantees I have, is that eventually the season will change regardless of how I feel about it…(#WinterIsComing), but I can rest assured and secured because God never changes. He is always good and perfect.
🦋: My Father does not change with the seasons and is the Giver of all that is good.
🎬: I must see and appreciate God’s gifts through my tears.
He Still Loves Me
