😇: Psalm 106:1,13 Praise ye the Lord. O give thanks into the Lord, for He is good: for His mercy endureth forever… They soon forgot His works; they waited not for His counsel.
📚: Have you ever felt burdened with blessings? Has there ever been a time in your life that your heart overflowed with thanksgiving? When I read these questions poised by the author of this morning’s devotional, I wanted to shout, “IT ME!” This is absolutely how I feel right at this very moment… for the very first time in my life… ever! Yet… (Yes indeed. There is always a but… 🙄😒) Yet, there is also a feeling of unease in the shadowy corners of my mind… and also, in my heart. “Surely, these blessings can’t last” is what the enemy whispers in my ear when I let my guard down. But… (this one’s good, tho! 🥳) God’s truth, simple yet profound and brilliantly stated, is this: These are blessings from God; gifts that He means for me to enjoy.
🦋: God pours out blessings beyond what I deserve and glorifying His gifts result in me receiving joy and fulfillment.
🎬: I must allow God’s truth to banish all negative feelings and replace them with peaceful gratitude coupled with responsibility. Then I must immediately glorify God by telling others about my blessings.
✨✨✨✨✨✨✨✨✨✨✨✨✨✨✨✨✨✨✨✨✨✨✨✨✨✨ Inspired By: Our Daily Bread/Destroy This House (Mart Dehaan) 😇: John 2:19 Destroy this temple, and I will raise it again in three days.
📚: Here, John tells of the time when Jesus challenged the religious “leaders” to “destroy this temple” and watch Him rebuild in in just three days time. The “leaders” confused His meaning—choosing to believe that Jesus referred to a building that took forty-six years to erect. They scoffed at the idea that the young upstart could rebuild that particular building in only three days. Believers in Christ know that the temple to which he referred was no building.
🦋: God has always known my heart far better than I. He definitely knows it better than any man.
🎬: I must remember that God is always in the background doing far more—and much better—than I know or understand.

😇: 2 Corinthians 9:10 May he who supplies seed to the sower, and bread for food, supply and multiply the seed you have sown and increase the fruits of my righteousness.
🌈: God will increase my resources as I diligently plant the seeds of faith. As He multiplies my resources He will also increase my harvest: the good that comes from what I have sown.
🦋: God has supplied me with everything I need to help in growing His Kingdom.
🎬: I must be encouraged to give from what he has given me, and watch the blessings in my life increase.
